Production

Ultrafill-2 Model: from 200 to 400 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled

Ultrafill-4 Model: from 400 to 600 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled

 

Note: the fillers operate without compressed air and without the need for an external product feed pump.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The RVD series filling machines use a level filling system with descending valve and are suitable for filling still (non-carbonated) products such as liqueurs, distillates, juices, oil, vinegar, sauces and water.

Also available in the Neck-Handling version for PET bottles and with the Hot-Filling system, the operation of the “tank-less” type fillers is gravity with the recovery of the product in an external tank (and with automatic recirculation).

Greater filling speed, absence of vacuum / light vacuum devices and less maintenance (due to the absence of bottle lifter pistons), the fast washing speed make this type of machine an extremely more efficient and appreciated machine than traditional rotary fillers with product tank.
