Production

Ultrafill-2 Model: from 200 to 400 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled

Ultrafill-4 Model: from 400 to 600 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled

 

Note: the fillers operate without compressed air and without the need for an external product feed pump.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The DS series capping machines use screwing systems specifically designed according to the type of caps to be treated (systems that can have servo rotation and/or movement devices as well as grippers / roller closures) and are suitable for closing bottles in glass/PET/HDPE with caps such as DISPENSER / SPRAY / TRIGGER / FLAIROSOL.

The caps feeding system can be mechanical (honeycomb or centrifugal) or vibrating while the caps are taken by means of a “Pick & Place” device (mechanical or electronic).

Available both in the single-head version with production up to 2.000 bph, and in the 6-head rotary version with up to 6.000 bph, all the machines can be supplied in the ATEX / IECEX version suitable for installation in environments with the presence of an explosive atmosphere.
