Production

Ultrafill-2 Model: from 200 to 400 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled

Ultrafill-4 Model: from 400 to 600 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled

 

Note: the fillers operate without compressed air and without the need for an external product feed pump.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The VP series capping machines use permanent hysteresis magnetic screwing heads and mechanical grippers and are suitable for closing glass/PET/HDPE bottles with pre-threaded plastic caps.

The caps feeding system can be mechanical (alveolar or centrifugal) or vibrating while the caps are taken by means of a “Pick & Place” device.

Available both in the single-head version with production up to 2.500 bph, and in the 15-head rotary version with up to 25.000 bph, all the machines can be supplied in the ATEX / IECEX version suitable for installation in environments with the presence of an explosive atmosphere.
