Production
Ultrafill-2 Model: from 200 to 400 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled
Ultrafill-4 Model: from 400 to 600 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled
Note: the fillers operate without compressed air and without the need for an external product feed pump.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The RVP series filling machines use a volumetric dosing filling system using pneumatically controlled cylinders and are suitable for filling viscous and foamy products, such as detergents, chemical products, lubricating oil, syrups, creams.
The dosing cylinders (in Pyrex, glass or steel) are available with dosing volumes up to 5.000 CC, and can also be moved by servo motors which guarantee absolute precision and accuracy of the dosing as well as rapid adjustment of the volume directly from the operator panel.
The machines can be supplied in both rotary and linear versions. In this case also with centralized devices for regulating the valve bank and with a bottom filling device suitable for filling even highly foamy products.
