Production
Ultrafill-2 Model: from 200 to 400 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled
Ultrafill-4 Model: from 400 to 600 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled
Note: the fillers operate without compressed air and without the need for an external product feed pump.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The ISO series filling machines use an isobaric filling system, they are suitable for filling carbonated liquids such as water, CSD, beer. They are available in bottom handling or neck handling, depending on the type of container.
The different filling phases are managed by PLC, thanks to the use of electro-pneumatic filling valves. In this way, the product changeover takes place quickly thanks to the saving of the data in the filling recipes. The electronic management also allows an optimization of the filling cycles, even in the case of double pre-evacuation, according to the capacity of the container.
Filling tank with PED certification, pneumatic closed-loop bottle lifting jacks (without air consumption) controlled by a proportional valve.
