Ultrafill-2 Model: from 200 to 400 b/h – depending on bottle volume and products to be filled

Note: the fillers operate without compressed air and without the need for an external product feed pump.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The RFM series filling machines use electronic volumetric filling technology using magnetic flow meters (for electrically conductive liquids) or mass flow meters (for non-conductive liquids) and are suitable for filling any type of non-carbonated liquid.
The characteristic that distinguishes filling with electronic flowmeters is the absolute precision of the dosage, both for 50m bottle formats and 30lt cans, with a precision in the dosage up to +/- 0.2%.
A simple and fast adjustment of the filling volume directly from the control panel, simplicity of washing and sanitizing (with on-board predisposition for CIP/SIP) make them extremely appreciated especially in the detergency, motor oil and chemical sectors.
