The SLIM series monoblocks with 5 filling valves combine technological innovation, minimal dimensions and maximum ease of use.

It is a solution dedicated to small producers (wineries, distilleries) who wish to automate the bottling process with a limited investment.

The monoblock can be equipped with a capper for crown caps, and dedicated to the bottling of refermented craft beer in bottles

A version with continuous high-vacuum filling allows the bottling of oil in glass bottles with aluminum screw caps or pressure caps (DOP).

The central starwheel—which operates intermittently—places five bottles under the taps, which are filled simultaneously. Subsequently, while these five bottles are capped at the outlet, five more bottles are placed under the tank one at a time.

Filling occurs by simple gravity with self-leveling valves – without the need for a vacuum in the bottle, to avoid oxidation and shaking of the product.

The configuration of the parallel bottle infeed and outfeed conveyors is designed to allow a single operator to comfortably carry out loading and unloading operations.

Alternatively, an automatic labelling and capping machine can be connected to the output conveyor.
