Pneumatic unit for container interception and separation - Volumetric dispenser suitable for dense liquids (honey, fruit juices, jams, mayonnaise, sauces, pastes, pates, gravies, pesto, processed cheeses, creams, etc.), with piston made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with Teflon seals, suitable for food, heat sanitizable, adjustable from 40 to 1000 cc with micrometric screw, pneumatically controlled three-way double-pad valve, drip-catcher nozzle with two-way pilot-operated valve synchronized with the dosing.
- Distributor-orientator, adjustable descent channel with capsule presence photocell
double jar stop for dispensing and screwing twist-off capsules.
Low rotation speed pneumatic screwdriver with adjustable force, compressed air piston for downward movement of the head. - Machine supplied complete with Lexan safety guards
- No format change is required for containers of different shapes and sizes, only format change for capsules with different diameters
- Hopper mounted directly on the DIN 50 3-way valve (optional)
- Pneumatically operated adjustable speed dipping nozzle for dense products (optional)
- In place of the pneumatic doser, the following options are available: dosing with an AISI 316 stainless steel rotary pump, powered by an electric motor, controlled and regulated by an inverter and an electronic pulse counter that can be set via the keyboard; suitable for foodstuffs, heat-sanitized.
