GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Machine is controlled by locally supported OMRON PLC and HMI
- Filling speed of up to 5000 bottles per hour on still water in 500ml PET bottle using the 16 head machine
- Neck handling is used
- Filling nozzles are actuated by the containers and therefore have a built in no bottle no fill function
- Filling level is adjustable with a filling tolerance of ±5mm
- All parts in contact with the product is manufactured entirely from stainless steel
- Machine suitable for 300ml-2000ml
- Change parts are required for different bottle size
