Isobaric bottling groups
-
Monoblocks for bottling carbonated liquids, such as mineral water, soft drinks, beer, and sparkling wines.
They consist of a rinsing turret (optional), a high-pressure filling turret, and a capping head for any type of closure (for corks, screw caps, and crown caps). The rotary filling units are available starting from 6 valves, and can be configured in different versions, for filling with simple and double pre-evacuation, and nitrogen injection.
Bottling Cycle
1 – The bottle inserted into the rotary carousel is positioned under the filling valve. When the valve opens, part of the pressure in the liquid tank is transferred to the bottle (pressure compensation).
2 – Once the pressure between the tank and the inside of the bottle has been equalized, a spring opens the liquid valve, beginning the filling phase.
3 – The liquid is diffused against the walls of the bottle by a special gasket located on the level channel, to prevent foam formation.
4 – As soon as the liquid reaches the level hole in the channel, the filling valve is closed, so as to obtain the desired level of product in the bottle
5 – Before the bottle exits, a vent valve gently reduces the pressure in the bottle (degassing)Construction Specifications
* The machine consists of a base with adjustable supports, welded to a rigid structure to reduce vibration.
* The base houses:
– the central support of the filler
– the motor drive
– the gears that control the movements of both the auger and the bottle infeed/outfeed starwheels.
* All machine components are easily inspected to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
* The isobaric tank is securely attached to the cylinder flange via the tank height adjustment device. This adjustment is done manually using a special handwheel.
* The isobaric tank is equipped with special filling valves that can be easily removed for easier maintenance.
* The machine is complete with control panel with low voltage buttons and thermal relays.
* Special safety devices are placed in the auger and on the bottle entry/exit stars.
