Semi-automatic filling machine for chemical and cosmetic products (liquid detergents, cleansers, lotions, lubricating or hydraulic oil, liquid paraffin, etc.)

Machine complete with:

– Frame and metal parts in AISI 304 stainless steel, with ground support on feet or wheels
– Height-adjustable container support surface
– Flow-meter type litre counting group interfaced with PLC for dosing control
– Alternatively load cell for filling with precise weight
– Product feeding with rotary pumps with AISI 304 stainless steel body, suitable for the product to be treated
– Electronic board with display for setting the dosage and calibrating the working parameters
– Manual button or pedal to start the filling cycle and stop it when the set litres are reached
– Potentiometer for regulating the flow rate, with slowing down in the terminal phase
– ‘Work’ mode and ‘continuous cycle’ mode selector, for possible use as a transfer pump or for washing
– Electrical panel complete with: main on/off switch, start button, voltage presence indicator light, manual/automatic selector
– Possibility of filling from the bottom with a dipping nozzle for foam products.
